PRECAUTIONS

• Apply in temperatures between 10-30°C, 50-90°F.
• Apply in a closed, well ventilated indoor area with air humidity not exceeding 70%.
• Wear protective gloves.
• Use fresh applicators & microfiber towels for application of additional layers (do not use previously used towels).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

APPLICATION TIPS

• If applying in high heat or humidity If applying in high heat or high humidity, lower time between application and removal. Test over a small area to determine appropriate time to let the coating bond to the surface.
• Apply PRO 120 A to body, headlights, rubber, and metal trim.
• Apply PRO 120 B to body, headlights, rubber, and metal trim.
• Apply PRO HYDRO to body, headlights, and metal trim, but not to rubber/plastic.
• PRO 120 A / PRO 120 B / PRO HYDRO: As the coating bonds to the surface a haze will appear. This indicates the coating is ready to remove. If product dries on the surface or is difficult to remove, re-wet the area with more product and immediately buff off.

IR CURING LAMP INSTRUCTIONS:

• Temperature: 50-60°C / 120-140°F
• Distance to bodywork: 60-70 cm / 24-28 inches.
• Time: 15-20 minutes for each section.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Wash, polish and treat areas to be coated with Diamond Body Prep.
• Shake PRO120 A well for 15 seconds.
• Place 15 drops on an applicator and apply to 3-4 sections of the car in a crosshatch fashion.
• Wait 10-15 mins to watch for a haze, then gently buff the treated areas and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.
• Wait one hour before applying the next layer: PRO 120 B.
• Shake PRO 120 B well for 15 seconds.
• Place 15 drops on an applicator and apply on 1-2 sections of the car in crosshatch fashion. Wait 1-3 mins and buff off excess with a low-nap microfiber towel.
• Wait 1 hour and apply a second coat repeating the process.
• Wait one hour and begin to apply a coat of PRO HYDRO that will give the coating system its amazing hydrophobicity. If curing with IR lamps, do so prior to applying PRO HYDRO.
• Shake PRO HYDRO well for 15 seconds and then apply 15 drops on an applicator. Apply on 3-4 elements of the car in crosshatch fashion.
• Wait up to 7-10 mins watching for a haze to appear and then proceed to gently buff the treated areas with a microfiber towel taking care to remove any excess residue in the process.
• Wait one hour and apply a second coat repeating the process (recommended, not required).
• Wait two hours.
• Car is ready to drive away!
